What happens when students go through CDL programs that haven't actually taught them more than the minimum?

We're seeing it all over the place with thousands of schools getting shut down around the country.

Just because you can get a student to pass their state test does not mean they are prepared to hit the road. That's why we include much more than the minimum requirements in our classes because even though drivers will learn plenty more once they're out on the road and there's no way we can prepare them for everything, we can at least make sure we (and they) are confident in their skills. ...
