Qualify to obtain a valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (For four weeklong classes this will be obtained the first week of class)
Possess a valid DOT physical with medical card (this can also be obtained the first week of class for four weeklong programs)
Pass A DOT FMCSA 5 panel drug screen (marijuana, THC, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and PCP) this can also be obtained the first week of class for four weeklong programs)
Must have the ability to read, write, and speak the English language
A high school diploma or GED is NOT required

Wanted to add the Hazmat endorsement to my license and needed the ELDT Hazmat course. The school I took for my CDL didn't offer it and referred me here, money well spent. I signed up on the 26th and passed the exam on the 29th. I'll definitely be back if I want to add other endorsements in the future. Thanks, for the educational online course.

I was seeking a different career opportunity after retiring from my previous career of many years. I decided that driving a school bus as a substitute would be an opportunity to still work with children, but in a different capacity. Frenchy was my instructor and he was a boat load of knowledge, that he graciously shared. Along, with the patience to guide me through with gentle correction. He encouraged me the entire way. Even when I was doubting myself he continued to support and foster my educational journey, for this a humongous THANK YOU Frenchy!!!

This has been a Great experience, I upgraded from a class B to a class A.They gave me all the training and Great equipment and instructors to get it done!!

The best instructors and staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can walk into this school knowing nothing about trucking and walk out with a CDL no problem. If looking for a very great start in a CDL career field, this is the place to begin.
When I came to this school I was really nervous, little did I know this would be one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve had some a great time at Midwest Truck Driving school. The hands on driving experience with Frenchie is some good stuff. By far has been 100% worth the time this will set me up well for my future.
I have nothing to say but great things about this school. Best training I've ever been to. The instructors were very knowledgeable, engaging and held great group discussions. Classroom time was great and very informative. Frenchy, Josh, Dennis, and Bill all taught me great things and it was awesome!

Frenchy has been an amazing instructor!! After coming into the class not having any experience with driving a manual, he was able to help me understand everything that I needed to be able to drive a manual.

Great place to go get your CDL. It honestly didn't feel like a school at all, we all had so much fun and learned everything you need to know to hit the road. I doubt there's a better place out there that even compares to this place. All of the staff was great and very helpful. Kevin was my instructor and was awesome! Thanks Midwest truck driving school! Excited to come back and go through the line school next. Big shout out as well to Josh for taking us climbing and all of the help along the way!
If you’re looking to take the jump and obtain a CDL I would highly recommend you consider attend Midwest truck driving school, from the in class work to learning how to drive and maneuver a truck and trail all the instructors are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have 10/10 would recommend this course for anyone looking to get a class A CDL!
I think it’s a very well established company and they are extremely up to date with what it takes to teach truck driving. I highly recommend if your looking to get into truck driving
Mid west truck driving school taught me a lot while getting my cdl. If you have the chance to pick your instructor. Pick Bob. Good ole uncle Bob is the man.
Great school with very outgoing staff. Everyone at this school is super helpful and willing to help with anything. Will walk you through anything you need help with. They will not leave anyone behind if they are struggling and others are ready to move forward

This an amazing class, I took the class a cdl course threw Midwest truck driving school and I could not be happier. The training is all hands on and your able to better your self quickly as every instructor is right there willing to help you every step of the way. 10/10 This is hands down a amazing educational center, super happy I was able to be a part of it for the short month. Again huge thanks to all the staff.
They are very good at explaining what you need to do to become a truck driver! All the instructors are great and all willing to help you out. I highly recommend them and will tell everyone about them that is looking to go to truck driving school I sure had a great time!
