School Enrollment Application

Admission Policies

• Must be 18 years old or older to attend
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must not have had any disqualifying suspensions on the driver’s license within the past three years (MI Only). Questioning if you qualify? Call our helpdesk at 906-789-6311
• Qualify to obtain a valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (For four weeklong classes this will be obtained the first week of class)
• Possess a valid DOT physical with medical card (this can also be obtained the first week of class for four weeklong programs)
• Pass A DOT FMCSA 5 panel drug screen (marijuana, THC, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and PCP) this can also be obtained the first week of class for four weeklong programs)
• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• A high school diploma or GED is NOT required
• All interested individuals must complete an enrollment application and be approved by an admissions representative at the school
