To fulfill the FMCSA’s Long Combination Vehicle (LCV) Requirements and receive your Doubles and Triples Endorsement, please fill out the form below to get started. This online training is specifically designed for individuals who need a Doubles and Triples (T) Endorsement added onto their CDL and want to learn as much as they can about operating doubles/ triples CMV’s.

The training meets the US DOT and FMCSA curriculum standards for operating Doubles and Triples CMV’s and is listed on the FMCSA’s Training Provider Registry (TPR). The training will take approximately one and a half hours to complete.

Best decision I’ve ever made, doing this class, instructors are amazing but one instructor in particular is the bees knees, Bill Oglesby, and the secretary’s Courtney and Kay are alright too!!

I took the Class B CDL course with Paul “Frenchy” Perryman. He was a great instructor, and everyone at MTDS in general was great. When I started the course I had never driven a manual before, but the course was very hands on and I was able to get lots of experience driving trucks, parking trucks, and learning the parts of the truck during the week.

Took the 1 week Class B to A upgrade without very much experience shifting a non synchronized transmission but Dave had me shifting well by the end of the first day, by the end of the week I was fully prepared for my test.
