Two Versions of Your Future 6 Months From Now

With the grant + training:

You finish training in weeks — not years — and you didn't go into any more debt to get there

Your first paycheck hits and it's more than you used to make in a month

You have a credential, a skill, and employers reaching out to you — not the other way around

Without it:

You're still in the same spot, wishing for something different, wondering "what if"

This grant deadline passes and the funding goes to someone else in your county

Another year goes by and nothing has changed

No. Our programs are designed for people with zero experience. Most of our students have never touched a truck or a piece of heavy equipment before day one.

All training must be completed by June 30, 2026. CDL training is 4 weeks. Heavy equipment is 6 weeks. The sooner you start, the better.

Most employer-paid programs lock you into a 1–2 year contract. Leave early and you owe the money back. This grant has no contract, no payback clause, and no employer obligation. You train, you earn your credential, and you work wherever you want.
