Tom "Mac" brings his decades of instructing experience to every class. He was a professional driver for years before the Director of the school called and asked him to become an instructor. After 19 years of tractor trailer training experience he has gained an invaluable amount of knowledge that he provides to the students to help reach their career goals. He is the lead instructor at the school teaching every skill level while bringing excitment and enthusiasm into every class.
RJ joined Midwest Truck Driving School after many years of OTR driving experience.  He has thousands of safe miles under his belt, has two Bachelor's degree's and has made a great addition to the school. RJ has skillsets in every endorsement on the road with the ability to teach flatbed, passenger, bus, doubles, triples, tanker, and Class A CDL. With many years of experience and a willingness to teach, you can count on him to prepare you for what’s ahead.
Steve joined Midwest Truck Driving School in 2015. He brings many years of over the road and owner operator truck driving experience to the school. Hailing from Cornell, MI Steve has a passion for trucking like no other.  Steve will be there every step of the way helping you get your Class A or B CDL or other endorsements that you may want.  With his first hand experience and a passion to teach our next generation of professional drivers you can count on Steve to get you onto a great career!
Josh joined the school a few years ago bringing his positive and enthusiastic attitude into every class.  He loves to instruct with a passion for the outdoors and being able to see the country.  He's had his Class A CDL for six years and has been an instructor for three.  He is the only instructor trained and proficient in transporting hazardous materials and has endorsements in bus, passenger, tanker, doubles, triples, and hazmat.
Kyle has been apart of trucking since he was very young growing up in his family business, a small trucking company. Since then he's moved on as one of our certified instructors having experience over the road and local routes in the midwest region.  He also has firsthand experience in the office of trucking companies and how they operate. With his updated knowledge of ELD technology and the ELDT rule he will help you make your transition to ELD's easy and effortless and get you the required ELDT training.
Crystal is the newest addition to the team here at Midwest, but certainly a vital component in making Midwest Truck Driving School the best around. Crystal is our Office Administrator and has years of experience in customer service and supervisory experience.  She has familiarized herself and became extremely knowledgable about the trucking industry and will be your first point of contact in coming into the School. 
Chad has been at the School about two years and before that had nearly 20 years of over the road experience. He also brings his degree and an in depth understanding of education and knowledge into every class. He loves to train having always wanted to be a CDL instructor. He enjoys the outdoors and living in the U.P.  He is proficient in training Class A, Class B, bus, passenger, doubles, triples, and tanker.
Charlie is our newest instructor at the school joining us this passed year after having her CDL since 2007.  She brings a new perspective for students in the course and has a passion for setting individuals up for success in the transportation industry.  She loves to teach and is proficient in teaching Class A CDL, School Bus, Class B CDL, and Passenger endorsements.
